Những ngày nghỉ cả nhà được rảnh rỗi, chị em nội trợ sao không thử ngay cách làm mực nướng xiên thơm nức lòng người, làm cả nhà ai cũng mê mẩn bởi hương vị của món ăn. Mực dai mềm được tẩm ướp gia vị đậm đà và đem nướng mang đến cho chúng ta một loại mỹ vị ngon không tưởng.
Mực mua về làm sạch, bỏ hết màng đen và thái miếng vừa ăn. Ướp mực với 5ml rượu nấu ăn, 5ml nước mắm, trộn đều và để mực 10 phút cho thấm gia vị. Lần lượt xiên mực vào xiên tre. Nước sốt nướng hải san cho vào chén, thêm chút dầu ăn, nước tương vào trộn đều.
Dùng cọ quét một lớp sốt lên từng xiên mực. Khay nướng dùng giấy nhôm bọc lại rồi cho vào lò nướng ở 220 độ C, chế độ 2 lửa khoảng 8 phút thì lấy mực ra, quét thêm một lớp nước sốt nữa và rắc bột thì là lên trên. Tiếp tục nướng mực tầm 5 phút nữa là được.
Lấy mực ra khỏi lò, bày lên dĩa, trang trí tùy thích và thưởng thức ngay khi còn nóng. Món này chấm cùng tương ớt xanh cực ngon luôn đấy.
